Tuning velocities and anisotropy ratios

This tutorial introduces the theoretical background for the relationship between\ \ conduction velocity and tissue conductivity and how a iterative method to tune\ \ the conductivity values to yield a desired velocity for a given setup can be derived.\ \ In addition, the definition of anisotropy ratio and its impact on simulation results\ \ are presented. A simple strategy to enforce desired anisotropy ratio and conduction\ \ velocities is also presented.
